Mastiff Grand Manali Resort, Manali (Himachal Pradesh)

My stay at this hotel was extraordinary! The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, particularly Mr. Bhagat in the restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience. The location next to the Beas River was simply breathtaking, enhancing our time there. However, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the suite we stayed in, which was old and not well-maintained, leading us to check out earlier. Overall, the service almost saved our experience, but the lack of proper upkeep was a significant drawback.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel, with stunning views of the river and mountains, coupled with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making my stay truly memorable. However, the dining options could be more diverse, and while the food quality was good, it wasn't quite exceptional. Overall, this hotel represents great value for money.

While the location near the river was stunning and the Duplex rooms themselves were attractive and spacious, the service was severely lacking and detracted from what could have been a lovely holiday. I would advise caution if you are considering this hotel, primarily due to the inconsistent heating and inadequate assistance provided during our stay.

Additionally, the location is a bit isolated from the main mall road, making transportation a challenge at times.
