Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was extraordinary! The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, particularly Mr. Bhagat in the restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience. The location next to the Beas River was simply breathtaking, enhancing our time there. However, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the suite we stayed in, which was old and not well-maintained, leading us to check out earlier. Overall, the service almost saved our experience, but the lack of proper upkeep was a significant drawback.
I had an amazing experience at the hotel, with stunning views of the river and mountains, coupled with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making my stay truly memorable. However, the dining options could be more diverse, and while the food quality was good, it wasn't quite exceptional. Overall, this hotel represents great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was unfortunately marred by numerous issues that really hurt the experience. While the location near the river was stunning and the Duplex rooms themselves were attractive and spacious, the service was severely lacking and detracted from what could have been a lovely holiday. I would advise caution if you are considering this hotel, primarily due to the inconsistent heating and inadequate assistance provided during our stay.
My stay was a mix of excellent views and some frustrating moments. The hotel offers stunning river views and great dining experiences, but my experience with housekeeping left much to be desired. While the ambiance and staff interactions were overall positive, the service breakdown related to water supply was disappointing and affected my experience significantly.
I had a pleasant stay at this riverside resort. The river-view rooms were fantastic, providing a serene atmosphere with the sound of the rushing Beas river nearby. The garden was well kept, and the dining options were decent with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. However, the service in the restaurant was slow and seemed understaffed, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, the location is a bit isolated from the main mall road, making transportation a challenge at times.
